    We accept payments from all major credit cards and Paypal. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and the total amount includes VAT.     Your order will be processed once your payment has been completed. During the following 24h from your purchase you will be notified with a purchase confirmation email.

    If, for any reason, the items you have purchased are sold out or out of stock we will notify you during the next 24h from the purchase and will proceed to an immediate refund.

    Due to exchange rates, a variation of price may occur when converting prices to a different currency. We do not take any responsibility for any extra charges or bank fees your bank may apply.

    SHIPPING

    Savannah Lingerie offers shipping to the UK and Europe (working on worldwide shipping soon!). Orders will be processed and dispatched within the next working day from the order confirmation.

    Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

    Once an order has been shipped we will send a confirmation email providing the tracking number and invoice for the order.

    We try to get your orders delivered as fast as possible, but delivery times are estimated and are subject to any possible delay of the delivery company, for which Savannah Lingerie does not take any responsibility. Please, be aware that some destinations may require additional time for the package to arrive.

    If the package is returned to Savannah Lingerie facilities or does not arrive to its receiver due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, inaccurate delivery information or otherwise, Savannah Lingerie does not take any responsibility of the return shipping costs or package resend costs.

    Shipping Rates -

    A flat shipping rate of £4.95 is applied to all orders under £99 (delivered between 2-6 business working days)

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Please note that due to hygiene and health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges on panties or bodies, except in cases of faulty product.

    We want your Savannah to be a great fit! So please refer to our size chart to ensure you are choosing the right size before purchase. If you are unsure of what size to get or you are in between sizes, we recommend you to order a larger size as all our strapping is fully adjustable.

    We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their choice of purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can cancel your order provided you give us a written notice within 14 working days of receipt to hello@savannahlingerie.co.uk. This 14 days period starts from the date the goods have been signed for.

    If the case you find a manufacturing defect please contact us during the next 48h from receiving the product.

    In all cases of returns, cancellation or exchanges please provide written notice with the subject: RETURN and state your full name, invoice number and reasons to hello@savannahlingerie.co.uk.

    The product should be returned in its original packaging and condition, unworn, unwashed and with all the labels attached. Any return out of these 14 days will not be accepted.

    For the purposes established in the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December regarding Personal Data Protection, we inform you all personal data provided by the user at the checkout process or by creating a customer account, will be incorporated to the Savannah Lingerie database with the only purpose of a better customer and user management.
